Jam Sessions DS Video Review
Yesterday, I finally got my hands on Jam Sessions for the Nintendo DS. It's a fun piece of software, but I can't decide whether it will be a useful musical tool or not. Also, I feel like I am the only blogger who is excited for this. Maybe that's because it is neither a game nor a musical instrument, so it doesn't fall nicely into either category. Either way, I did a video review of Jam Sessions so that you can decide for yourself.
UPDATE:
Ugh, I just realized that I said "if I had to give the Nintendo DS a score out of 10..." at the end of that clip. I can't believe I totally missed that while I was editing. Anyway, here are some sample loops that I made with Jam Sessions DS. They are similar to what I played in the video.
